Introduces key concepts related to lifetime personal fitness. Presents resistance exercises to strengthen and condition major muscle groups.

  • Develop an understanding of the importance of load bearing exercises in a fitness routine.
  • Practice proper warm up and cool down techniques prior to weight training.
  • Gain knowledge about H&FC machines and free weights.
